"Marketing Mngr" job ad means passing out Food Samples & DEMO-ING Cleaning Supplies@ Costco, Sam's Club & Walmart ($24k/yr average pay AFTER commissions). I drove 3 hrs to this interview, after a recruiter Emailed, Texted and left a VM... with a 3 page Social Media Marketing proposal for this company to acheive more consumer engagement across a multi-platform campaign, including analytics for their website and social media post hashtag keywords. The HR lady who posted FALSE JOB ADVERTISING on Linkedin FOR "MARKETING & BRANDING MANAGER", said this was 1 of 6000 offices in the country whose sole purpose was to recruit people to hand out samples & demo products & get paid commission when people buy stuff from them at their 3 partner stores Costco, Walmart & Sam's Club. The actual company is based in California and they do their own "marketing" for the brands they represent, however, this division (if there is more than one) only sets up these offices to recruit samplers & demo people Job may be good for HIGH SCHOOL or COLLEGE kid Mortgage or any school loans to pay off, who just needs a FAKE JOB TITLE on a resume to help them with a business degree path.
