It's AMAZING how Domestic Relations is so quick and effective when it comes to GETTING money but when it comes to LOWERING support it can take MONTHS. Also the lady on the phone was EXTREMLY rude and hung up on me after asking a few simple questions. Can't wait until the whole system gets reworked which it will because it isn't the 50s anymore. I am just as much of a parent as the mother is. THANK GOD states are already considering 50/50 custody right from the beginning because it isn't fair to us good fathers out there. Spent over 15 grand just to have the same rights as the mother.

They have been kind and cooperative to both of us each time we've had to go in. It's an ugly job they have to perform that has them hated on a daily basis. I couldn't handle that job. God Bless them!

The automated phone system is biased against men because makes it impossible to get hold of an actual human being. No matter which menu option you choose, your call is either disconnected or you are taken back to square one. Yet so many of these positive reviews are by women who claim they always get right through. Gee, I wish I was the plaintiff rather than the defendant so I could have this super-secret special phone number that actually leads to a real, live human caseworker.

Let me help put things in perspective with how this fantastic pyramid scheme works. Mom with same job before child is born.Dad with same job before child is born.Never married.50% custody.$20,000 in lawyer fees.(so far, well over a decade left)Child turns 18, mother receives over $100,000. Father loses that plus attorney fees. System is a scam. Attorneys will forever have job security, people just throw money at you based on their emotions and no knowledge of the laws that are clearly antiquated and easily manipulated. TO FILE A COMPLAINT YOU HAVE TO MAIL A COMPLAINT INTO DOMESTICS ACCORDING TO HER STAFF. SHE IS THE DIRECTOR OF DOMESTIC RELATIONS. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PREJUDICE BEHAVIOR FROM HOLLY DESKURIC. I AM ALSO CONTACTING MY OWN ATTORNEY TO SEE WHAT OPTIONS I HAVE. Place is so bias, all the people who work there make it very clear they do not care about you, about your life, or even about your child. It's all about the $$$ nothing else. Also conference officer Holly needs to get a different job because she super bias against fathers and is very rude.
