For some time during the course of our seperation we have use LYCC for a drop off point. There is one person there that is incredibly rude and personality of a rock at best. Today was the last, as I am dropping off my children and they didn't want to leave, she deep sighs in impatience as my daughter is hugging and didn't want to leave. As I don't know this person name, she is a large younger person who obviously is a very angry and unhappy person and really should find another line of work considering the stress in the people's lives she has to deal with. I'd like to point out all other associates have been over the top and polite, but this person is a real treat.
