Client Review on Lasting Image

My business used Lasting Image for just about everything. Shirts, printing, promotional items... you name it. They were fantastic. Then one day things just kind of fell apart. We'd email or call for an order, days would go by, we'd email or call again, days would go by... it finally got to the point that it was just easier, faster, and a whole heck of a lot cheaper to order from an online vendor. Lasting Image has a habit of trying to upsell. You just want pens and they try to convince you it's a better idea to also get this or that. Sometimes it's just frustrating. The owner sometimes makes an appearance. He visits our office every now and then. Warning... he has a HUGE head. He talks himself up and down. Tells the same stories about how his business started. Asks the same questions over and over. He's very motivational, but it's the same thing over and over. I don't know if he took one of those Dale Carnegie courses or what, but it's weird. I think he's not so good with his staff as well. I have over heard how he speaks to his employees and I choose not to be a bully like that with my staff. Maybe hat is why they constantly have new employees. Every time we'd call, someone new was there. A few weeks later they were gone and another new person was there. We worked with a graphic artist and in the period of a few months, I'm sure 4 different people picked up the project. They finally had to farm it out to someone outside their company. I feel better off not doing business with them. I always try to keep it local, but that is one business that doesn't deserve my money... or anyone else's for that matter.
