We bought all new Electrolux washers and dryers - most never worked right from day one. 3 years later 50% of my store is always down and we are in a great location that customers still keep coming in. We are just plagued with complaints and bad reviews bc of this junk! Now we're losing money and will probably go out of business because of this faulty equipment we purchased. Laundrylux - wascomat dealer only care about you when your buying new equipment after that it’s a wild goose chase to get someone to help you. Terrible products and horrendous Service!! Can any laundromat owners refer me to another brand/ distributor??

We are minority’s women owned business in Trenton. AC power installed the 450G machines. We have about 41 washers and 25 stacked dryers. We had to spend over 610,000$ . AC power had incorrectly estimated the drain flow causing constant drain issues resluting in washers breakdown. AC power has blacklisted us due to contanst repairs. they are unable to fix the 450 G washers issues due to lack of techinical skills. The current ownership lacks basic understanding of installation of washers/dryers. Laundrylux tried every possible way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately only option left for us to settle over court. since you have only single dealer in South Jersery for Electrolux washers and dryers we have to give you low rating.

We bought 450g Electrolux washers. Within 3 months everything washer is breaking apart due to incorrect drain estimates. We used AC power. We will file lawsuits very soon. I will post the installation issues pictures. We spent over 610,000$ on washers and dryers. AC power mechanics have no experience. Never buy 450g washers without good drain system/estimate . Don't trust dealers do your homework. AC Power are unable to fix the washers and escaped the problems by blacklisting our location. Its unfortunate to rate Laundrylux 1 star. laundrylux is nothing less than 5 stars. We are giving 1 star not because they don't have quality washers and dryers its purely having sub-standard dealers like AC power. Sorry laundrylux.

Well after attempting to work out issue after issue with our newly installed equipment; which still have not been resolved, I have come to this venting tool. New, Brand New equipment; one completely down and no one returns calls or has a fix. 2 of them leaking sporadically; again no fix. Dryers spewing Gas errors - no fix. What's worse; they are so new we haven't even made our first payment. They installed and now they are invisible. Very Disappointed. So very disappointed.

Laundrylux sells some great machines that work until it gets real cold and the dryers keep popping off with E28 errors. I wish the factory would come with an answer. Never happens on a warm day. I keep waiting for a factory update.

Old Bermil Industries aka WASCOMAT, worked here trained here, worked for Bernies nephew Mark Milch and Ultra-tech laundry repair.The tinted glass really looks dumb, people complain they cannot properly monitor the agitation of their wash. Users are over sudsing machines because they cant view the agitation.Micheal Masteredis certified me.
