The phone service is execrable: the first time I called for a reservation, the young man said "thank you for making me waste my time" after making me wait at the end of the wire for 5 I was only asking for a price. The second time, my room was not made. The third time I booked at 2:00 pm and requested a cancellation the same day at 2:46 pm for personal reasons and the young man said that I had to pay since I did not cancel the room at 11:00 am. Which technically is impossible !!!! I find myself paying a room at $ 147.00 without having set foot there. I think this hotel is abusing the situation since there are not many hotels in the area. Le service téléphonique est exécrable: la première fois que j'ai appelé pour une réservation, le jeune homme m'a répondu ''merci de m'avoir fait perdre mon temps'' après m'avoir fait attendre au bout du fils pendant 5 min alors que je lui demandais seulement un prix. La deuxième fois, ma chambre n'a pas été faite. La troisième fois, j'ai réservé à 14h00 et demandé une annulation la même journée à 14h46 pour des raisons personnels et le jeune homme m'a répondu que je devais payer étant donné que je n'avais pas annulé la chambre à 11h00. Ce qui techniquement est impossible!!!! Je me retrouve donc à payer une chambre à 147,00 $ sans y avoir mis les pieds. Je crois que cet hôtel abuse de la situation étant donné qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d’hôtel dans le coin. Je vous conseil de louer un Airbnb ou encore de dormir dans votre char !!!
