Leader Communications and Jason provide the most professional and exemplary service I have ever experienced. I live on a very remote property and Jason has provided me with absolute excellent service in every way. Now that I have had experience with Jason and Leader Communications, I would make this a definite buying decision as to whether a property falls under their service area. That is how good they are! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have had perfect service from Jason and his crew whenever I texted him about a dropped signal or slow signal. People need to consider, out here in the country, away from big cities, that most of us are receiving our internet via a series of towers connected by microwave. This is far cheaper than laying in a T2 or T3 cable and individual lines to each user. It also means we are subject to severe weather conditions which may knockout a tower, many of which are located on ridge tops/points that are reachable only by four-wheel drive or snowmobiles in the winter. Be thankful that Jason is committed to satisfying each and every client as much as technology allows him to.

Worst interest service ever. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I wish there was check box for no stars or negative stars. Do not waste your money.i have been with this company for 3 years waiting for them to provide the service I'm charged for to Improve but may it's time to move on. You have the worst service jason. All talk no action. Your company sucks...

if you want to lag 24/7 choose this WiFi, we have had them come out several times and nothing’s they do fixes our slow internet.
