My wife and I were trying to plan a trip for block leave through Leisure Travel Services with Tarita M. as our agent. We went into the office and initial communication was alright. We gave the travel agent our information and a list of destinations and dates that we wanted to travel and were told that we would get some options e-mailed to us within 48 hours. 4 days later we got an e-mail of 3 locations we had selected with the dates being a month off of what we had given. We contacted the agent to correct the dates and after another two days of waiting we got totally different locations than what we had given, but still with the wrong dates. We then got no correspondence for 3 days until my wife called asking for the supervisor. The supervisor told my wife that we would be hearing from the agent soon. It has been nearly two weeks and we haven't heard anything from the office regarding our visit. We took the small amount of information we gathered from the office and booked a trip ourselves on Expedia. The customer service at this office is severely lacking. I would not recommend this travel service to anyone.
