First let me say my wife and i contacted Mr. Whitesides to look at homes as a young interracial couple we are often met with mixed emotions and criticism. but we never expected to be humiliated and talked to the way Kyle did us. the level of un-professionalism was astounding. we were treated like less of a human being i believe partially due to the fact that we weren't looking for a $200,000 house. we cant afford that much at all. we were spoken to with cursing and vulgarity. Kyle tried to talk down to us and wouldn't return our calls at all. we when could catch him on the phone from a number he didn't have of ours, he would say he was to busy to talk etc etc. Kyle made a comment one time as he was getting off the phone that we guess he didnt realize we heard and it was a very derogatory racial name that shook us to the core. in this day an age how can anyone still use words and talk about people in that way. one good thing did come out of our experience, we met a great banker who put us in touch with a great realtor who helped us buy our first home for our family.
