I walked inside this store with my husband to buy a 3 days vacation package and the representative, who approached to us, asked, “Do you have documents.” I found this very offensive. I believe you cannot judge anyone base in her skin color, cloths and appearance. I found this very disrespectful. This stop us to buy a vacation package from this agency.
