SO RUDE! Welcome to Po -Dunk Dmv town where they’ve never even heard of digital insurance cards! Hello it’s 2018, long story short 2 trips here 2 days in a row got nothing accomplished unless being treated like total garbage

This is THE DMV to go too. The ladies here are always very fast and professional. The line can be to the door and you'll still be through it in 15 minutes. Now with that being said you have to bear in mind where you are at and the public that is there with you, which the ladies that work there have to deal with on a daily basis. Those ladies should get an award everyday they don't smack one of the rude, unprepared, loud members of the public. The best DMV around. But do yourself a favor go early on a weekday and avoid going Sat when it is always packed.

I took my insurance and court release in to reinstate my license and because my insurance is electronic the lady wouldn't fill out the paper and send it in for me. I had to go to phila to have everything sent in.

The staff is always nice to me. But then, I come prepared and not ready to give them a hard time. From my observations in the waiting line, it seems the crankier the customer, the more likely they're trying to pull a legal "fast one." My two cent' worth.

Only in Tuscarawas County do they confuse a Credit Union and Bank money order for a check. This particular BMV did do just that. No wonder Stark County makes fun of Tusc county ?.

Stood in line or a replacement title.. I was first in line, first customer in the building. I approached the desk, an the clerk was on the phone.. (That's fine) till I then figure out it was a personal phone call she carried on for a good 10 minutes, knowing I was there! When she hung up, she went straight for her cell phone, and started texting . I could see it in her glasses. I said "excuse me ma'am, I need a replacement title. I had he my info, and go to pay.. She couldn't break a $50. So I went down to another clerk, and got change.. Walked back over as another customer came in, and she serviced them first
