My son is disabled. So bringing him into places can be somewhat difficult. There was a white lady, brown hair late 30 40 yrs old very rude. Told me the ducuments i brought in are unacceptable, and not to " waste their time, come back if i get myself together" then threw them across the table in which they went flying. Now , I just went in there 2 weeks ago to get these documents from the SAME lady i asked her what to do she explained have the Dr fax or mail them back. Now she changed her story. This woman makes your place look awful! She obviously doesn't know how to do her job, or how to even treat people! She's a disgrace you should hire someone else who knows how to treat people with kindness and not speak to them like they're morons! Never had a problem with you guys intil these past 2 times when she was there! I will be writing a letter to dmv in reference to how their employees treat people with disabilities.
