My blood pressure rises every time I come to this library. Literally the LOUDEST library you can possibly go to. This is local to me, so I go here praying that the librarians will— be mad at each other or have strep throat. THEY TALK SO FREAKIN LOUD. Obnoxiously loud. About ridiculous things, what they want to order for lunch, their personal lives, at an unacceptable volume. It’s like the librarians have no self awareness what so ever. I wish they would all retire and hire new librarians. And then if you ask for assistance— it’s like they couldn’t be bothered. I’ve had to leave this library TWICE in the middle of my studying. Once because some blind and deaf old man didn’t know how to work the printer FOR OVER AN HOUR and was yelling at his wife to figure it out (no librarians told him to keep it down) and again because the librarians were relentless with their conversations. I hate this library. It’s a shame that this one is the most local to me. I absolutely hate it.
