They gave me the option to self install, which i felt comfortable doing to save some money. i had to call support in order for them to allow traffic to my mac address, and other than that, they helped me locate the box to trace the cable to my house. I appreciated their service and support, definitely recommend them over certain cable providers.

Great customer service. I did a DIY install of my Internet and the customer support folks were very helpful with minimal waiting times...and, I received follow-up calls to make sure things had gone smoothly. Much better than past experiences with national outfits.

We have carried LocalTel high speed internet for a few years now and have loved it so we recently added TV with DVR. The customer service was awesome, I was able to speak with someone right away without being on hold. The installer showed up within the first hour of the time block they gave me and had it installed very quickly. I would highly recommend LocalTel compared to other large cable and internet providers!!
