Worker went on lunch break at 1400 when the close at 1500, she gets back and just sits in her car smoking a cigarette knowing there is people waiting outside to get stuff done but doesnt care

The most unapologeticly awful customer service. I spent about two hours designing a going away gift in person and over email. A staff member Tonya, gave me a two week estimate for completion. I never received an artwork proof and I called after two weeks to follow up. Tonya told me another staff member was out sick, and they may not be able to do my project. She told me to expect a phone call from her on a specific day with a final answer. I never received that call. When I complained about the lack of communication, Tonya literally said, "that's the name of our game here."

Couldnt be more grateful for the custom work Matthew did on our guidon stand for our outgoing Commander! He was timely, professional and the work was absolutely outstanding! The BN is talking about it and we can't rave enough about Lombard Design... thank you!

Horrible customer service and attention to detail is lacking. Maybe this place was thriving when it was still trying to establish itself but at this time it seems they bit off more than they can chew and sacrifice quality for quantity.

I've watched this business grow from a small custom-embroidery shop to - well, they do just about everything you can imagine now. Mr. Lombard's artist background is obvious in his illustration skill and attention to detail. Prices are more than fair, and the quality of workmanship and design is just remarkable.
