If you enjoy waiting 2 hours on a cab you can call these guys, maybe they can give you 5 incorrect estimates on arrival and change shift while you wait. HORRIBLEUPDATE: We called to request a cab during a medical episode, from the beginning, the lady on dispatch was very Spiteful. When i call a business i expect to be treated like a potential customer, not a burden. They wanted a chance to make it up to us, i guess the owner texting my phone telling me not to call or text again after i simply made an observation of the dispatchers attitude and informed her i didnt deal with people that just wanted to be a B#!$# for no reason and i hung up. Ten minutes later i get the text, point is, i save money with LYFT i actually get treated with some respect as if my business is appreciated, and the cars have AC and are not falling apart, it takes one look at one of this guys cabs to realize how much he cares about you or his own business for that matter. Your choice,wait 2 hours on 777 cabs one driver on shift to pick you up in a falling apart cab rude dispatch and no AC for 20 or 25 dollar flat rate (it is shifty) or Lyft where i see the price before i book and can get downtown from an air bnb and back for $9 in a decent, roadworthy vehicle. With AC, and no rude dispatcher to act like ive never hailed a cab before, i dont need to wish them bad, i wish them well, they will do bad all on thier own.

I don't even know how this company is still open. They take forever, overcharge, and are rude. Thank God for LYFT/UBER I saved a fortune and it's nice to see they are on time and you can track where they are. I now see why all these cab services are suffering esp here in the YV/JT area.

I say this is a great company and like amy good company they treat the customers with respect and fair rates to suit the needs....And for the ones who complain about waiting we cant help that we get extremly busy just like any other place of business for customers. We apologize for inconveniences and strains it puts on people that are in a hurry be we promise we are professional and give fair rates and provide excellent customer service i hope the experiences for the future is positive

Avoid if possible- if you get Gary, just get out asap. Overcharged us and didn't run the meter. Very sketchy.
