I started my skin care business 7 months ago, and I was at the point where I needed to invest some marketing dollars into Search Engine Optimization. Just before finding Lux Inbound, I had checked other competitors that typically had lengthy contracts, outrageous fees, and pushy salespeople. When I found Lux Inbound through a simple Google search, I knew that this was exactly what I needed to attract more clients. Their website really spoke to me, in offering a more personable and affordable option for SEO in which I could maintain and increase traffic to my website on my own. I was really impressed that their tutorial price included many extras and tips such as: Google my business listing and Yelp business listing setup, social media help (Facebook and Instagram), and computer file organization.The Lux Inbound team are excellent communicators, extremely patient, and have a great eye for editing, detail, and design. They helped me tremendously with website page rankings and SEO. Investing my marketing dollars into tutoring with Lux Inbound has been worth every penny, and has really added to my computer skills and knowledge. I highly recommend.

They analyzed my website so that I can optimize it for people and search, created a keyword plan, and made suggestions so that, as a blogger, I can reach the most people and maximize profits.Jayson is an excellent writer and trainer. He has explained, in clear language, how to create an editorial calendar and use the keywords we selected so that my blog can be its best.The team at Lux Inbound is easy to work with as well. I have had my website up for a little over 2 years and have had to learn my lesson the hard way with SEO. I foolishly tried to do SEO my self and ended up wasting a lot of time and money. I then foolishly have tried hiring overseas SEO guys and again ended up wasting money and a lot of time but even worse ended up getting my site penalized with Google.I finally smartened up and decided to hire a local SEO company. I've compared 4 other SEO companies and I was most impressed with Lux Inbound. Customer service and good communication was very important to us and they have been awesome. But most important was results.They were very honest and realistic about what to expect, no gimmicks. They over delivered.We are now in the top 3 spots in our major key words and I just checked today and we are now the # 1 spot in one of our most competitive keyword.And our Google penalty has been removed.Did I mention they are also very affordable?Not the cheapest but VERY affordable.Other SEO companies I looked at were almost double their price.Our business has at least tripled since we've hired them.I wish I would've found these guys sooner.Probably the best investment we have made for our business.Definitely recommend them.

Love these guys! In the past I have worked with so many people who took advantage of my wallet and kept trying to add more than I had originally asked for in return for way more money that I was about to lose hope on creating this new app. After many weeks of searching for an affordable company to design my app I luckily found Lux Inbound in hopes to land the price range I was looking for. The first thing I did was address exactly what I was looking for and asked for a legitimate and final price that they would honor. At our first meeting they were very direct, professional, and pleasant to talk to. I told them my vision for the app and explained how money was an issue. They were beyond understanding and allowed me to make monthly payments to make my life a little stress free. This made the rest of the process so much easier and way more enjoyable. I have gained so much respect for Jayson, and everyone who helped giving me exactly what I wanted. I have been getting such great feedback and compliments about my app and I really could not have done it without them.

I was so excited about my app and experience I have to share with everyone! So Jayson was my project manager, he was super helpful, and answered any questions I had. He built me a website and a mobile application for both Apple and android. We signed a non disclosure agreement and we signed a contract with everything I was going to get in the app. I gave him a deposit and he had made me feel confident and secure giving the project to them and they did an even better job than what I had expected! I highly suggest anyone who's looking to create an app or website to go to them!

After spending weeks looking for an app development and website design company in NYC, I gratefully found Lux Inbound. I spent weeks shopping around for the best price and I was really looking for a company where I could meet face to face and have meetings, but it seemed that many of these other companies would only meet with you if you were ready to spend 100k or more. Also, many of these companies I found were located remotely and wanted to the the whole job through phone calls and emails. I did not feel secure about doing that. Lux Inbound is truly a different company! They assign awesome project managers, who meet with you face to face, continuously call you with updates to make sure everything about your app is perfect and is ready for the app store submission. I also had them build a website for my other business and not only did they have it complete in less than a month, but they made the design look perfect for my business. These guys are truly professionals in conducting their business and they really know what they are doing and talking about. They are continuously helping me by giving me advice to help grow their app and how to market my website. When I got a proposal from them, I got to read a little bit of their background and what I love about them is their dedication to the project as if it were their own. If you ask for any project managers to work with, make sure you work with both of them! Thanks guys for all of your help!

Lux Inbound is the by far the greatest app development company in New York. After shopping around with different app development companies in NYC, I decided to move forward with Lux Inbound for a couple of reasons. Lux Inbound's overall A to Z development cost was way less than other companies and they assign a specialized project manager to your project who helps you every step of the way from planning your app to submitting it to the App Store. I had the joy of working with Jayson. He is great at communicating and is able to creatively transform your idea in your head onto paper. The project manager on the other hand, is very diligent in making sure that we are following the appropriate process and that we are following the right steps to have a successful mobile app on the App Store! In the end, it was a fun and rewarding experience working with them and Lux Inbound! I truly believe that if you want something done right, you go to the place that will get it done right, which is clearly Lux Inbound!

After weeks of shopping around, Lux Inbound was the only one that stood out from the rest. They quoted me literally for a fraction of what the other app developers were. The team is truly amazing at what they do! I was searching around for a company to build my mobile app and my website and I finally found Lux Inbound from a Google search.
