While the staff is nice I've had many problems in dealing with this office. First getting a vehicle added took almost three months to show up correctly in my online account. I had asked them to make the new vehicle match everything that was on the existing vehicle we had, coverages and what not. While my coverages were the same they put the new vehicle at the lowest deductible $250 (not what we wanted) so we overpaid for months until I noticed. I take responsibility for not looking myself but I don't like feeling like I have to double check after everything they do.
