I was very excited when I first heard about this company and had very high hopes. However, that excitement quickly faded away. It took a few attempts to get an initial meeting set up. When I left I told Logan I would contact him shortly to give him my decision on whether or not I would like to work with his team. The next day, 12/8/2017 I emailed Logan to say that I was indeed interested in working together. Next Wednesday, after not hearing anything back, I sent Logan another email. The next week, after still not hearing anything, I sent a message using their contact form. After STILL not hearing back, I sent two more emails on 1/8/2018 and 1/12/2018. Unsurprisingly, these emails did not receive a response either. Along with emails, I called on January 9th, 15th, and the 17th. Each time I gave my name and number, and was told I would receive a call back by the end of the day. That call never came, and finally after sending another email on the 17th of January, Logan FINALLY replied and told me they were not taking on new clients at this time. This left me wondering what the point of having our meeting was if he knew they were not able to work with any additional clients.
