I’ve been using Mail Stop for over a year and each time I go in there I feel like they’re doing me a favor to wait on me. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, such as they’re having a bad day, etc but it never changes! The woman never smiles, never makes eye contact and is quite unfriendly. The man is a tad bit better. I think it’s time for me to bring my business elsewhere. I know it won’t be as convenient for me but I’d rather see a smile and have decent customer service, I really hope the owners see this review.

I try whenever possible to avoid this place, but they are the only UPS authorized facility in the area. I use them only for eBay and amazon returns. The woman who mans the register is not particularly pleasant. She never says hello. She weighs my package, prints out a receipt, mutters "you're all set" and thats it. The guy behind the counter, maybe her husband, just stares, never says hello. I went there a couple of times to mail a package but their prices are really high. The first time I used them to mail a package, they charged me $20 which seemed high. But I was there so I paid it. The second time I used them to mail a package, they quoted me $18. I thought that was also high so went to the post office instead (about 8 miles down the road) and they only charged $8.

Worst place ever!!! Don’t waist your time there. So I had to return something I needed a label printed I called and ask do you guys print for a feel... she said no. I came in and had the label that I printed and she scanned it and she said it doesn’t work so she was like connect to the WiFi and I did and click on the print and I printed it and she charged me .75 cent like really you didn’t even tell me you were going to charge me thought you were being nice cause my label I had didn’t work. And also she’s like a zombie just looks at you in a rude manner and doesn’t even say hi when you come in. Taking my business somewhere else. Don’t waist your time there!!!

Had an important package I needed to get to another state next day. The lady behind the counter said, it will get there tomorrow (thursday). I trusted her - she said it twice. I hardly ship anything and took her word at its value. Come to find out, she used fed ex ground vs. overnight express so never got there next day. I stated importance of this getting there next day very clearly!! This is my bad for not questioning about different delivery options but shouldn't options be given to customers and explain different choices?? She was on the phone with a friend from the moment i walked in- no greeting, no eye contact. She is like a zombie. This shipment caused problems after problems getting to final destination. Fed ex company was not much better than this shop. Never again.

I called and asked if they notarized . They said yes. I called before I went there. No notary public until 11. You couldn't have told me this at your opening when I called. On top of it the lady had a attitude...

Guy moves as slow as possible, neglects to inform me the price, then tells me it's almost 100 dollars to ship 3 packages. Waste of 20 minutes.

I have used there services 3x's. it has been fast and easy. However, the lady who attends the facility always look unhappy, no eye contact and not friendly. I wish she would be friendlier and make the customer feel welcomed. Maybe more business would come you way- A friendly suggestion.

I have used the Mail Stop many times for business and personal reasons since moving to the Long Neck area full time in 2004. Bob and Judy have always provided great service for shipping and notary services. They are great local business owners!
