I'd been hesitant to leave a review but I think it's finally time. I run an MSP company and referred many of our clients to Majestic for website creation and hosting. Something had happened internally with Majestic and with some partnership they had with Animas Web, who I believe was actually hosting the sites. All my clients lost access to their sites, some even temporarily lost control of their domains. One client threatened legal action and got their site and domain returned to them, my other clients were just left to fend for themselves. I did what I could, contacting hosts, registrars, etc. Majestic was responsive in the beginning but then emails and phone calls went unanswered. It was a bad time and I'm still amazed at the lack of care and response on Majestic's part with helping me sort this out and recover. I get the fact that they weren't the host, but ignoring my pleas for help seemed like a "not my problem" attitude, not what I expected and not helpful at all.
