It was an alright experience altogether despite it being a lot more expensive for monthly insurance than SGI. There arent any other options really for insurance in MB so you obviously have to choose them. No problems with my account or payments and issues were resolved shortly. Only problem I had with them was when my car was totalled off; just had a problem with the way my adjuster initially handled it in terms of professionalism. Other than that they are good.

The only place where you can renew your license. So that gets one star? The worker was pretty fast at processing my renewal so another star? It wasn't busy so one more star?

I had to bring my vehicle in for an assessment and they were right on time and the adjuster I had was very polite and courteous and actually took the time to listen to my concern.

I recieved awesome customer service from the ladies I dealt with! The building itself was very clean and the parking was great too.
