Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I've never met the agent. The staff never returns customers phone calls. They only call you will get is from them wanting you to get a state farm credit card. I requested my policy transferred to another agent so I wouldn't be dealing with these issues. When I went a month later to meet with my new agent it turns out they never transfered my information. I went to the office to check on the issue, they lied and blamed it on the agency. I also came to find out they were trying to transfer our policies to the incorrect agent. Save yourself from this staff. They do not hold up to state farms standards.
