Today, I just received took my insurance out with Marc Ingram State Farm after being with Nationwide for years. The reason I decided to change was because I had noticed by bill going up more and more without an explanation. I had been receiving mailers from Marc's office asking me to change over the last few years. When I called them to get some information the young lady I spoke with invited me in to look at the information. When I arrived I was greeted and offered by everyone in the office. They offered me a bottled water and we discussed the information. In 22 years of driving no one has ever explained my insurance to me where I actually knew what I was paying. Thank you for taking care of this lady guy!
