I've had State Farm since I've started driving and never really had a problem with them, until lately my rates have been sporadically going up and up for no particular reason, I went to cancel my policy to take my business else where and despite my policy's being canceled money was still withdrawn from my account, when I tried to address the situation I was given a refund but not for the entire amount owed. Overall just a bad experience and the situation was not addressed appropriately nor correctly.
