The exchange and commissary are equal to or just a little better than civilian food stores and Target/Walmart. Although you need a military I'd to enter both, military families can sign in guests. Congress is looking at allowing all veterans to be allowed to use these facilities. I hope so, our veterans whether they served a year or retired deserve a special place where companies can provide special deals for those who served our country.
