W porównaniu z innymi hotelami w jakich miałem okazję przebywać na Borneo to ten uważam za najgorszy pod kątem ceny do jakości. Podsumowując szczegółowo:Plaża - potwornie zaśmiecona. Sami ją sobie posprzątaliśmy zbierając 3 ogromne worki śmieci na 50m długości. Nasze śmieci wywieziono na taczkach w głąb lodu do lasu.Prąd - dostępny z generatora jedynie w godz. 19 - 7 rano z częstymi przerwami .WiFi - działa ale słabo i tylko w zasięgu jadłodajni.Jedzenie - bardzo kiepskiej jakości, często brak im produktów a o świeżych rybach i owocach to można tylko pomarzyć. Kolejna kwestia to higiena w jadłodajni. Nie zależy im jak widać na opinii klientów, bo rafa zawsze zapewni im klientelę.Toalety - z prysznicem, koedukacyjne to istny koszmar.
