They are so SO rude. The lady i talked to had a huge attitude, like answering the phone was super inconvenient to her. I asked for documents i needed for my apartment, and she says "you KNOW we dont do that here" Do i? Did i KNOW you didnt do that? No. Else i wouldnt have called. They are completely useless. Rude. And inconsiderate. Such a bad experience, im switching to Michigans child support system.
