Agent has been our grandparents financial planner since . . . 80's, 70's----overall, very very knowledgeable. But, agent is pushy . . . while appearing very sincere. One wants to trust, but there is just something that makes one question. Especially when pushing things to older people and their heirs do not get in on it or understand it completely. Certainly, some items were very beneficial to our departed Grandparents and have benefited our parents . . .Only other item . . .difficulty with communication. Email is not fluent for this office.Overall, very skilled.
