If you want to spend your time filling out one of their surveys and not get paid as promised then by all means call or email them. Because that is what happened to me. Filled out the survey and then they send you a link that is supposed to give you your stipend. Guess what? The link does not work , they open "a ticket" to find out why and then they simply push you off until you finally give up. I have not given up. If there was a spot for ZERO stars they would get it. My next step is to start contacting the companies that pay them to do research and let them know of their "business practices"
