Terrible communication, did not send financial statements nor bi-monthly updates as promised. Some of their work was good while most of it was done lazily and they used a lot of templates purchased from sites that anyone can use but they will charge you an arm and a leg for calling it custom. Still waiting on things I purchased through them to be given to me while they sent me another bill for new stuff. Not happy at all will never use them again. If you want marketing help use an online company or someone other than MDI!!!!!!
