I was highly disappointed by Lin Cook’s big promises and the failure of Debbie Johnston & team to deliver. After spending thousands of dollars on 100+ hours of outbound call time, just two (2) phone appointments were secured and neither contact was remotely close to a buyer.Of course, this was after I spent my own time creating a strategy, building a call script and educating their staff on how best to approach potential customers. It should be mentioned that MSN was gracious enough to let me out of my contract, as the project was a total failure. Lessons learned: Next time, I’ll work with a group that’s performance based.
