Coming from a sales agents background i had no experience in admin or recruitment yet i was truly blessed to be employed by Ec3 as their receptionist. From the first day i entered the business i was treated as part of the family and this made me feel so welcome :)i have been given so many opportunities to learn and develop new skills based on my personality alone.The vibe and atmosphere here is completely of the hook as i have never been in a place such as Ec3!!!When i enter the doors i feel like i'm entering my house and when i go home it feels like i'm going to work.If i had to describe Ec3 in three words it would be:TransparentUniqueQuirkyEc3 You guys Rock!!!!

Ec3 = Phenomenal.... The best place to be is at EC3 ... i have been to numerous call centers and places but not a single place on earth can compare to the vibes and the opportunity this company gives to you. 1 year ago i walked into EC3 as an agent 7 months later i was promoted 4 times. No matter what the circumstances this is one company that stands behind every employee, nurturing them , guiding , Coaching and believing in the change we can do ... Im so happy to be part of a FAMILY not just a team , People who believe in others and not defame them just because of their social status , this is what great employers look like , when developing you is all that matters to them ... I pray abundant prosperity over EC3 keep being remarkable , keep giving every individual a chance ... Never stop believing in your people.... and may the entertainment never stop ...

All trainees please be careful they make you sign a contract which they don't allow you to get a copy off, you have to reach the required target in order to get your salary for the month of training which is a rip off cause they benefit with the saLes you made and you dont even get the com if you leave and not even a training allowance about time they get taken to Labour Law they have dealings with Labour Net another scheming hr association.

I've been with the company for almost 5 years. It’s been really fantastic! I've learnt so much and have up-skilled myself with guidance from the best. Owner's give you their personal attention on your development and guide you in the right direction (Juan – Ceo, will always come around chat, find solutions to improve us, Clint/Jeanette partners are also the same, their doors are always open). Yes there are many Call Centre's out there, but what makes EC3 different is that you not just a number, YOU BECOME FAMILY. There are ample of opportunities to grow within the organisation. They have great recognized campaigns such as CELL C, Along with many amazing incentives. I, Myself have won many of these, Such as A CAR, Trip to Thailand, TV, Smart Phones, Smart Watches ,Headsets, countless Vouchers, Cash incentives and the list goes on… With hard work and a drive to succeed to provide and give your family a better life or the best, this is the place to be!! Look forward to seeing more of you successors to join us

In a 1 word awesome! I know the words fun and work don't go together but at Ec3 work is fun. It's super chilled for a sales floor and I have been on some sales floors in my time. Also the support is genuine, they really want a person to succeed here. I come to work with a positive attitude and they really do do the rest. If you're good at what you do and believe you could be performing and earning better at a call center I recommend you join us.Did I mention that the interview is a walk in the park? A real breeze for us confident types.

I applied in June 2019 to fulfil the role of a recruiter at Ec3. I am currently undergoing a thorough, structured immersion process wherein I am being exposed to every nook and every cranny of the business.The culture here at Ec3 is phenomenal! The people that make this place work, are industrious people with amazing attitudes and great ambitions!The opportunity for growth in the company, both laterally and vertically, is immense.I am glad to call Ec3 home!

Very disappointing to have went for a misleading interview at this place. When they call and do a telephonic interview, they say they want you for a certain position, but when you attend the interview, they then drop the bomb. Irrespective of what position you apply for and how much of experience or qualifications you have, you still have to be an agent for 2 weeks and prove yourself to them. Failure to achieve a target set for you as an agent, you will not get the position you applied for. Example: You applied to be the Call Centre Manager or a Trainer or Team Leader or even a Campaign Manager, you would first have to prove yourself as a Sales Agent by achieving set target. If you don't make the target, then you wasted 2 weeks and have resigned at your previous employment only now to be left unemployed. DON'T TAKE THAT RISK PEOPLE. It's hard to get a job these days, so don't leave your job for this place. Why can't they be upfront on the telephonic interview and tell people what they are expecting. I bet their interview numbers would drop.
