I've been with the company for almost 5 years. It’s been really fantastic! I've learnt so much and have up-skilled myself with guidance from the best. Owner's give you their personal attention on your development and guide you in the right direction (Juan – Ceo, will always come around chat, find solutions to improve us, Clint/Jeanette partners are also the same, their doors are always open). Yes there are many Call Centre's out there, but what makes EC3 different is that you not just a number, YOU BECOME FAMILY. There are ample of opportunities to grow within the organisation.
