I wish I could give no stars to this company. We hired them to design and host a website. This was done, to an extent. Key elements were missing for a while and requests to address them and fix other problems were either ignored or put off. Our site was not secure for months, and was shut down for 4 days this past month. Since the company was not responsive to emails and calls regarding the issue, we contacted the hosting platform (blue host), who told us that they had not been paid by the company for a while, which is why they shut down the site. At this point we wanted to switch hosting companies since the experience had been so awful, and asked Brian Braker for the login information for the site so that we could switch once the site was up. He told us that we had to pay the remainder of the contract before he gave us that information. We had no contract- we specifically didn’t want one and were paying month by month. When we asked him to provide proof of a contract he sent us a contract he had with the server company. Even after pointing out that we were under no obligation to pay out a contract he has with someone else, he is still refusing to give us our website. His last words to us were: “you’re not getting your site. Go talk to your lawyer”. I cannot say more emphatically how unprofessional and horrible this company is to deal with.
