Do not waste your time with personal injury representation via McGinn Law. I hired the firm to negotiate a settlement and they were more interested in acquiescing to the insurance company and running up billable hours to justify their fee.My case was passed to an incompetent lawyer (Mr Comstock) who assumed I knew nothing of insurance procedure. Mr Comstock was more interested in being agreeable with the insurance company than representing me with any intestinal fortitude. Mr Comstock made two completely false and incorrect statements to me in an effort to deflect from his poor representation. Fortunately, my mother is a 28 year insurance executive and easily refuted Mr Comstocks bullsh#t.When I requested the case be handled by the attorney I initially met with they decided to drop my case.This firm justifies the many negative stereotypes associated with shyster lawyers.
