DON"T USE THIS COMPANY! I've used this company in the past and was satisfied with Ken's work. However, on my last project he completely DROPPED THE BALL. He agreed to do a time sensitive project for an upcoming advertising campaign. After not hearing from him for at least ten days I tried to contact him. I emailed, called numerous times and even stopped by the office delivering a note requesting the finished project. After I received absolutely NO RESPONSE to any of my attempts I called at closing and caught him off guard. Unbelievably, he took the call. I asked him what was going on and if he was still working on my project. He told me NO he was not. His conduct was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. A simple phone call telling me that he was no longer willing to do the job would've sufficed. I had to wonder, "was he deliberately trying to hurt my business and why?" Don't trust your important business projects to COWARDLY KEN and his company.
