These lazy case workers need to be fired! Mai and Jenn have cost me 2 years of my son's child support. Thanks to their negligence, I am out 2 years of my son's owed child support. They didn't bother showing up to the court hearing they promised to be at (after already missing several opportunities) to obtain an order for my son. They just didn't go! Now I've moved out of state and i'm told there's no way for utah to collect for those 2 years because they were located in Colorado. The half fast job they did for my two girls (all three same father) only gained me $105 every other week. He is making $10,000 / per month so tell me how $105 every other week is even reasonable. Ive had to do ALL the leg work and investigation. I'm told they just cannot find him for my son even though I've sent them detailed address information along with other important paperwork they have decided to sit on. I moved to utah and found not only did these people rob me two years for my son, but they can't even close my damn case right! Why do these two continue to hold employment!? I was sent the closure papers to find that it wasn't good enough because they "forgot to send the closure forms for my son" and they claim they never even recieved the returned forms for my girls! They resent, this time both cases, and i filled them out again but i wont be surprised when they claim they didn't get those either. I cannot even be approved for SNAP benefits until they "close my case" and in that closure paperwork they claim up to 60 days until it's closed!!! They can't even receive my closure paperwork, let alone file and properly close my case. I asked for supervisor information to file an official complaint and no call back from her either. WORTHLESS dept. I'm going to sue mesa county for the money they negligently cost my family.
