Not forthcoming with the full description of the job and the incompetence is so vast in the office, they can't even input the correct birthday on the pay card. Guess what couldn't be activated and guess what couldn't be used for Christmas? Couldn't even get it resolved before Christmas because nobody would answer the phone. Great idea to have a temp agency as a business but, poor execution of hiring competent representation of your company.
