I've done quite a bit of modeling since I was young and Michele & Group is superlative to many other agencies. The models are extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff is very well organized and tentative at getting the talent recognized and booked.

They act like very nice people to work with, and then take 3 months to pay you. There is a copy and pasted message they send to every girl who asks about payment, stating that "the client hasn't paid yet" when its obvious bs. Don't work for them unless you want to wait literally 90 days for your payment. I'm sure no one would if they knew that. I have agencies that make their clients pay BEFORE the event. work with people like that.

I worked for them and still haven’t been paid. I got a email saying it might take 30 days. It’s been over a 45 days so I emailed them again. Now they’re saying it might take 3/4 months to get paid on this job. Why did it change? That’s really shady. Not only that, I had to pay for the product myself (which wasn’t cheap) and they didnt even reimburse for that. This company is very unprofessional, I plan to make a complaint with the BBB as well if I don’t receive payment soon.
