If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent from these people. The property I stayed in was highly unkempt, and they'll screw you over on the security deposit return. The house had a roach and mice infestation. Contacted the landlord about it and instead of patching up all the holes, they put STICKY traps over them, and didn't even get the giant hole behind the stove. If you're not going to allow people to have cats then take better care of your properties. There was mildew and mold all over the bathroom so water ended up leaking downstairs. Mold/mildew was also in the basement.Again, do not rent from these people.

After a year of renting from this company, we've had way to many conflicts. We've had issues that were time sensitive, and I was lucky if they called me back within four days. They entered into our apartment without notification even though our lease says they need to give us 24 hours notice. They have left the seller doors to our basement open (again when we weren't home and without notice) dropped off a broken dryer that isn't even on our lease, and haven't done anything to get this dryer removed when we have tried to contact them multiple times. We have had other issues with them too that are just very unprofessional. We love the place we are renting from and are happy with being in contact with our landlord, but we cannot be more annoyed at this realtor company.

I’ve been renting through this real estate for 10+ years and have never had anything but pleasant experiences. After business hours emergency phone calls have always been returned in a timely manner and emergency repairs were fixed the same day (including a holiday). Calls during business hours are always addressed friendly and professionally.

I filed an application for a lease and paid the $35 application fee, but the Realtor (Ernie) did not read my application. In turn, I was sent a lease with different terms than was discussed. The lease also had different details than their website advertised, like pets were not allowed.Micozzie Realtors canceled my lease and took my fee. They refused a refund despite that I did not receive the services for which I paid: my application to be read in detail. Their staff is either underhanded or full of simpletons.

Never die if you rent from them. They can give to schitts if you lived in a rental of theirs/James Foglia for over 25 years. The next day they'll have an eviction notice on your front door, even after you've given them the rent for that month. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Dont Deal with this people until you have money to throw away even after calling their office on 29th Nov and letting them know not to deposit my last rent check since they took early deposit and last month rent they deposited my check on 1 st of Dec and now they want to charge $35.00 check return fee .Dont Deal with B****h Lady BARbara
