After a year of renting from this company, we've had way to many conflicts. We've had issues that were time sensitive, and I was lucky if they called me back within four days. They entered into our apartment without notification even though our lease says they need to give us 24 hours notice. They have left the seller doors to our basement open (again when we weren't home and without notice) dropped off a broken dryer that isn't even on our lease, and haven't done anything to get this dryer removed when we have tried to contact them multiple times. We have had other issues with them too that are just very unprofessional. We love the place we are renting from and are happy with being in contact with our landlord, but we cannot be more annoyed at this realtor company.
