My wife and I are considering relocating to Wisconsin so we have been doing a lot of job seeking in the area. I recently called to make a general inquiry on employment opportunities and was connected with their recruiting manager who was the most welcoming personality of all the companies I reached out to since starting my job search. One of the reasons we were looking at Wisconsin is because it's supposed to be filled with friendly Midwestern folks. So far, the only friendly person I've encountered in all my phone calls has been the Mid Valley recruiter. Pretty sad for the state of Wisconsin but thumbs up for Mid Valley who made the only good impression so far.

Mid Valley is now our customer as well as our vendor for large items. They are very good at keeping you updated on your purchase orders status (as a vendor) They are also a great customer who pays on-time (as a customer)

Quit my job to work there about 2 years ago, and 1 year ago yesterday they let the whole 2nd shift go. 17 people lost their jobs that day. Great place to work if you want to be treated like a mushroom, AND then get thrown under the bus when the office people can't do their job. I would NEVER go back to this miss managed pit!! BEWARE! I've been in this trade for over 40 years. Just because you don't believe now, time like make this true.
