I don't understand what any of these former customers are saying about this agency. I have had my car, home, and life insurance with them for over 10 years and I have never had a bad customer experience. I have dealt with the owner as well and he has always been helpful. I have NEVER PAID MY INSURANCE late and I do believe in paying my bills on time or I will suffer late fees and all kinds of trouble. I have also understood if you take out your policy on the 5th of the month then that is the day your payment will be due the next month. So how is it that if you have the money on that date to get insurance you can't pay it on that same day the next month? It is NOT THE credit card company's, agency's or anybody else's job to remind me to make a payment. I AM GROWN. I agree with the owner. People try to blame you for their irresponsibility because they have to blame somebody. GROW UP!!!
