As a public Advocate who has been assisting Oklahomans in crisis for 10 years, I have to say I have never come across a business as unprofessional, fraudulent, and disrespectful as yours. The children you have at the front counter are uneducated, rude, and incompetent. Your management is even more shameful and unprofessional which explains the lack of integrity and inability down the chain that was showcased over 4 hours in one day. You should also stop stealing from people because if not I will hold you accountable for your thuggish pattern of practice and operations that is evident in some of the reviews. Management arguing and excusing your failure in response to negative reviews or experiences isn't the constructive approach to customer service or conflict resolution. Today you stole from a DV victim! Shame on your business practice and culture.
