I've been screwed over by this company a few times now. They'll say anything to get you in the door. Honest to God. I'm 21 so I'm still in the risk pool. They told me my price on the phone so I cancelled my Progressive insurance thinking I was getting a great deal. The next day I go in there to sign the paperwork and "whoops, your price is going to be $60 per month higher than we said it would be on the phone." They say they couldn't have known but that's bull. Not to mention the first time I was with this company they would change my price on a month to month basis. It would be lower one month and I'd think "wow my price dropped! Awesome!" And the next month they'd charge me my regular rate plus whatever they didn't charge me the last month. And when you're in college you can't be doing that. I need consistency. After this month I'm going to go to a much better company. Very dissatisfied for the 2nd time.
