Miles Technologies has greatly assisted BRC with all aspects of IT for about five years. They are quick to respond no matter the size of the task and always get the job done efficiently. They have extensive knowledge in all areas of IT and continue to prove it with their effective results. The communication process is easy as they provide us with unlimited support and are always readily available for assistance. Their capabilities include Macs and PCs which make them very user friendly. All tasks are completed remotely, as they only have to come onsite to our properties about once a year. They provide month-to-month contracts which are also extremely beneficial to our company. Their employees always have a pleasant demeanor and a strong sense of urgency. It’s obvious that they take pride in their work and we cannot say enough great things about the company itself.
