Poor customer service - was working with them through email for window lettering trying to get a quote. After working out the details of what i was looking for there was no contact from them for well over a month. I finally sent an email saying I'd take my business elsewhere only to get a response back that said "...didn't realize you were in Honeoye Falls, which is a distance that wouldn't allow me to be price competitive for the installation for your window graphics since it would require additional costs for traveling that distance. There should be a sign shop in your area that can assist you." My address was included in every email & very upset that my time was wasted when this question should've been asked (if not known) right from the start.
