I happened upon a review by a Mr. Samad concerning a meeting with Mr. Charlton, which in my opinion demonstrated that Mr. Samad was not listening to the conversation, he was focusing on his project. In the past I have engaged Mr. Charlton to work with me on many projects. These projects had many different focus requirements and were complex.All of these were very successful, however I had learned early on in my career to listen, heed what was said, and if it was confusing, not to draw conclusions but engage in further conversation and seek perfect clarity. This is the key to success.Winston Churchill once said that "Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfills the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things."
