Tony at Minuteman Press deserves more than 5 stars! I work for a nonprofit organization and we needed a project done for a conference the next morning. It was a last minute rush. Tony said he would be able to help us. Unfortunately we ran into printing issues on our side and we were unable to meet the original timeframe of getting it to him by 3 p.m. Keep in mind Minuteman closes at 5 p.m. Tony understood our urgency despite it being past not only 5 p.m. but stayed to 8:30 p.m. to help us get the project done. Not only did he go way beyond staying late to help us but his attitude was patient and never rushed us. He made me feel like he truly cared and understood our needs. Best customer service!He definitely gets our future business.

Awesome Customer Service - I miscalculated on how many custom hang tags we would need for pricing our merchandise during the biggest sale of the year, which is on Friday. I called Tony on Wednesday afternoon and put an order in for a refill. I asked if we could get a rush and we would come over sometime on Friday to pick them up. The order was hand delivered today - Thursday. You can't beat that for helping a desperate customer
